ETS offers prepaid vouchers for institutions and organizations that wish to pay Praxis test fees on behalf of their test takers. Simply order and prepay for the vouchers, then distribute them directly to sponsored test takers.
All vouchers are valid for 1 full calendar year from the date of issue and cover the test fee. Refunds aren’t issued for unused vouchers or to test takers who cancel or miss their test appointments. All other fees, services, and publications are not covered.

If you submit the order by email, do not include credit card information on the form. Emailed orders must be submitted with a purchase order.
Orders received on outdated forms will be returned to the sender unprocessed
