Information about the Praxis testing program is published in the Technical Manual for The Praxis® Tests and Related Assessments (PDF) and other publications on this website. However, ETS considers requests from researchers, educators and policymakers for Praxis data not currently available online. In general, data requests are used to inform curriculum decisions or for student dissertations.
Any requests relating to compliance with Title II reporting regulations should be directed to the ETS Title II program at title2@ets.org. Any requests for specific test-taker results or additional score reports should be directed to praxis@ets.org.
ETS does not release state-specific data, except as is necessary to comply with Higher Education Act (HEA) Title II reporting requirements. Any requests for state-specific data must be directed to the appropriate state department of education. In addition, the Praxis program does not release information that may identify individual test takers.
Qualified individuals interested in obtaining testing data for appropriate research purposes should review the Policy on the Release of Data to External Researchers (PDF).
